Where do I pick up the vehicle?
We offer flexible local pickup at a secure, well-lit location in Eugene, approximately 20 minutes by Uber from EUG airport. Airport delivery is also available for an additional fee ($25-40). We can also deliver within Eugene/Springfield for $15-25.
How do I book a vehicle?
Currently, bookings are completed through Turo for secure payment and insurance. Request a quote through our website and we'll send you a direct link to book, or visit our Turo listings directly. We're happy to answer any questions before you book.
What's included with every rental?
Every rental includes: all-weather floor mats, snow brush and windshield de-icer, emergency roadside kit, first-aid kit, and multiple USB chargers and cables. Our PHEVs are adventure-ready for Oregon weather.
Do I need to return the PHEVs fully charged?
No! PHEVs do NOT need to be returned charged. They may not be fully charged at pickup either. The vehicles automatically switch to hybrid mode when the battery is low, so there's no range anxiety. Just return at a similar fuel level.
Can I tow with the F-150?
No, our F-150 is for bed-only hauling. Towing is not permitted. The truck is perfect for dump runs, furniture pickup, moving, and DIY projects - just no trailers.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Pets are allowed with advance notice and a $50 cleaning fee. Just let us know when you book.
What about child seats?
Child seats are available on request for the Outlander PHEV. $10/day or $40/week. Please request when booking to ensure availability.
Do you offer corporate or long-term rentals?
Yes! We offer volume discounts for corporate accounts and special rates for long-term rentals (1-6 months). Contact us through our For Business page for custom pricing.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies are handled through Turo's standard terms. Generally, free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your trip. Check your specific booking for details.
How does pricing work during events?
Prices may be higher during peak events like Ducks football games, UO move-in week, and special events like the Olympic Trials. Book early for the best rates during these busy periods.
